1. This heavy-duty rolling machine offers a rolling width of 610 mm and is perfect for efficiently processing 1.5 mm soft steel across the entire roll width. With a 1:1 gear ratio, it enables powerful rolling that guarantees precise forming.
2. Form circles with a minimum diameter of 50.8 mm.
3. Eccentric auxiliary roller: The specially designed auxiliary roller ensures that circles are formed without flat spots at the front edge of the plate.
4. Resettable roller indicators: The rear roller indicator allows the operator to quickly reset the auxiliary roller to a previous setting – for user-friendly handling.
5. Optional special features: Solid rollers with round, flat and square grooves that can be optionally integrated into the rollers. These adjustments expand the application possibilities of the rolling machine and are available at an additional cost.
