2. The form bender is helpful in press bending decorative iron, soft steel, aluminum and other metals. Our slip roll machine can roll the material and form it into a conical shape. Form sheet material into smooth curves, cones and cylinders with different thicknesses.
3. This slip roll machine is not only equipped with a solid cast corner frame for years of use with increased stability and safety, but also with hardened steel gears and high-strength steel rollers.
4. A large hand crank and hardened, heavy gears give you the mechanical advantage to roll soft steel up to 16 gauge. The slip roll machine also features a quick release top roll assembly and bushings like those found on larger slip rolls.
5. Thanks to the removable top roller and hardened steel gears, you can pull out the top axle to remove the finished product from our slip roll machine. The slip roll machine can also be attached to a workbench or solid floor surface, making it more flexible.
