Function Indication
1. This metal shrinking and stretching machine has high capacity. It can bend 1.5mm thick mild steel sheet (16 gauge), 0.8mm thick stainless steel sheet (20 gauge) and 1.5mm thick aluminum (16 gauge); the thickness can also be up to 1.2mm (18 gauge).
2. The 45:1 compound ratio allows effortless forming without relief cutting, heating or hammer forming.
3. This machine consists of the body part and the jaw part. The body is a high quality cast steel with high structural strength and stability. The jaws are made of hardened chrome steel with very high hardness and toughness.
4. The jaws consist of a shrinker and an expander. The shrinker forms outer radii and the expander forms inner radii.
5. Complex curves can be produced by machining the workpiece on alternating sides when using both the shrinker and expander, with both sides of the workpiece being machined evenly.
