The BOKA TB-500 hand pipe bender is a sophisticated manual pipe bender designed for bending pipes in a variety of materials including mild steel and chrome molybdenum . This versatile machine gives you the ability to precisely bend pipes with an outside diameter of up to 63.5mm and a wall thickness of up to 3mm . It is ideal for exhaust pipe and roll cage applications, and its anti-springback mechanism means it can easily handle even the most difficult bends.

Versatile bending speeds : Choose from 3 bending speeds to achieve the optimal speed for every material and application:
- Bending up to 200° : Bends pipes in one pass without having to stop or reset the machine.
- Anti-spring-back mechanism : Holds the bend securely in place while the operator continues to operate the machine.
- Aluminum Bronze Bushings : All pivot points are equipped with aluminum bronze bushings and thrust washers, ensuring long life and smooth operation.

Function Indication
1. Handles mild steel up to 63.5mm OD and 3mm wall thickness and chrome molybdenum up to 50.8mm OD and 3048mm wall thickness.
2. Depending on the material type, outside diameter and wall thickness, choose the right speed for each application from 3 bending speeds.
3. Speed 1 produces 4° per pull. This speed has the highest torque and is suitable for bending chrome-molybdenum steel with an outside diameter of 50.8 mm or mild steel with an outside diameter of 63.5 mm.
4. Speed 2 produces 8° per pass for intermediate materials.
5. Speed 3 produces 12° per pass for lighter gauge materials.
6. Bends up to 200° in one pass without having to stop and reset the machine.
7. The anti-springback mechanism holds each bend in place as the operator engages forward.
8. No assembly or disassembly is required to create a bend.
9. All pivot points are equipped with aluminum bronze bushings and thrust washers to ensure a long service life of the machine.
10. Quick-release hook arm inserts make it easy to change the machine to a different hose size.
